The Role

What Working Here Looks Like.

  • Small Crew, Real Responsibility

    We run a small, intentional operation. Everyone on the crew is expected to think, not just follow instructions. You will be involved in the full scope of the work — not just labor on somebody else's plan.

  • 4+ Weeks Paid Time Off

    After six months of full-time employment. We take time off seriously because we take the work seriously. A well-rested crew does better work.

  • Weekly Safety Training

    Paid safety training every week. Tree work is inherently hazardous. We invest in making sure everyone goes home the same way they arrived.

  • ISA Certification Support

    If you are working toward ISA Certified Arborist credentials, we will support that. Study time, exam costs, and mentorship from a certified arborist on staff.

We are a small, preservation-first tree care company based in Central Ohio. We are not always hiring, but we are always open to hearing from people who take the work seriously.

We are looking for people who want to build a real career in arboriculture — not just a job cutting trees. If you are ISA certified, pursuing certification, or interested in getting there, we want to talk.
