Fill in your information. Try to be as descriptive as possible. Include any information you know, like tree type, location, and concern. Let us know if you would like us to evaluate your whole property, or just focus on an individual tree.
Tell us how much you love your trees and then hit submit. We love trees, so we want to see if our clients feel the same way.
Now that we have all of your information, we are going to reach out to schedule you for a consultation with one of our ISA Certified Arborists. First, we will pick a day, and as we get closer to the consultation day, we will reach out with an estimated time window.
The day before the consultation, we let you know a time, and confirm that the time works for you. If the time works, great! If there is an issue with the time, we will move it to the next available day and try again.
Our Arborist is scheduled to visit for a Tree Evaluation or to assist with tree planting. You've been given an estimated time window, and our Arborist will send you a text when they are en route. If you need to reschedule or cannot meet at the appointed time, please inform our office as soon as possible.
With our ISA Certified Arborist on the way, here's how you can prepare for their visit:
Our Certified Arborist has arrived at your property! They will knock on your door, ready to address any questions or concerns you might have. If you can, please guide them around to the trees you'd like to discuss.
After meeting with our ISA Certified Arborist, they will prepare a proposal if needed. We usually do this on-site to potentially include additional photos or address any specific issues observed during the property walkthrough after your meeting. If you prefer, you can have the arborist go over the proposal with you on-site, as it's often easiest to understand in person!
Now that you've met with our Arborist, you should have received a proposal in your email. If you haven't received it, please text our office immediately.
Please review the proposal and choose the options you prefer. Note that:
Included items are fixed and cannot be removed from the proposal.
Recommended items are those our Arborist believes are crucial for your trees.
Optional items are generally simple additions or follow best practices for tree care.
While we can't make the decision for you, we're here to assist you in making the best choices for your trees. If you have any questions, feel free to message or call your consulting arborist to clarify any details.
If you are planning on using our financing options, please apply beforehand to make sure you qualify, and reach out to James@arboristsolutions.com if you have any questions.

With a multi-year care plan, we can take care of your trees in a manageable way. Many things changes from year to year, but we always try and keep our plan as dynamic as possible. Caring for your trees is an investment, and we can help you come up with a budget in order to care for your trees on an annual, biennial, or even less frequent basis depending on your situation. This can help both you as the customer, and us as your Tree Care provider to ensure we our providing you the best care.
With our root up approach to tree care, we can better understand how to treat your trees. Living in Ohio means that your trees are likely in non-porous soil like clay. Clay type soils are typically more alkaline and tend to compact much easier than a sandy or rocky soil. Either of these problems can cause serious stress and decline in your trees over a long period of time. A soil sample is a simple test in which we can analyze the PH and nutrient values. After seeing the results we can come up with a custom plan that can prioritize your tree's needs. This means targeted treatments so we can maximize results.
